Job description:          The PA Case Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Health Benefit Explanation
  • Creation of Health Summary
  • Explain Care Options
  • Service Cost Analysis
  • Provider Selection
  • Scheduling
  • Communication Assistance
  • Collection of Medical Records
  • Medical Bill Review

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer services experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client files at once
  • Willingness to be a lifelong learner
  • 3 to 5 years of professional work experience
  • Hands-on experience working with a customer management database (This is a plus!)
  • Previous work experience for a non-profit, medical billing, healthcare or call center environment – or – personal experience navigating the health care system from the patient perspective. (This is a plus!)
