We can help. You will work one-on-one with a patient navigator. You do not need to go through this alone.  We begin with a thorough intake consultation to assess your situation and establish a custom tailored ACTION PLAN. We will:

  • Create a concise medical fact sheet that summarizes your complete medical history, complete with all medications, for use with doctors and other healthcare providers. These medical fact sheets contain what might otherwise be buried in hundreds of pages of medical records.
  • Communicate on your behalf with physicians, researchers or institutions anywhere in the world that may be able to help.
  • Help you get appointments with doctors you would like to see.
  • Help you to set up a prescription drug system that includes a refill calendar and pill pod system designed to save time, prevent shortages and missed doses.
  • When appropriate and welcome, share our own personal experiences that will give you hope, perspective, and peace of mind.

  • Communicate with and coordinate timely information sharing between and among healthcare providers.
  • Communicate with family members on your behalf.
  • Help you to set up a prescription drug system that includes a refill calendar and pill pod system.
  • Make referrals to related providers, such as elder law attorneys, estate planners, home health care services, personal assistants, etc.

  • Thoroughly research available plans that meet your medical and budgetary needs.
  • Organize your medical paperwork.
  • Review insurance company explanation of benefits (EOB) and compare them with your bills.
  • Determine which claim denials should be appealed.
  • File claims and appeals on your behalf and follow through until they are completed. And, when necessary, we will file appeals/complaints with state-level insurance commissioners.
